1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Sealed condition

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used perfumes

  • Opened bottles

  • Items damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide unboxing video/photo proof

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customer may bear return shipping cost (unless product is defective)
